What we sell, and when the agreement is made

• The design studioMaking, changing and viewing your card in the studio is free, including with our design assistant. You pay only when you buy the files or printed cards.
• Print at homeOne purchase per design opens every print file of that design: a PDF for your own printer and one for a print shop. It also covers the versions you make afterwards, and the design's set – place cards, menu and thank-you card – once the studio shows it.
• Printed cardsWhen the order page offers printed cards, they are printed and shipped by our print partner, Gelato. The order page shows what you can order, and where to.
• The agreementThe agreement is made when your payment is confirmed.

Prices

Prices are in Canadian dollars. The price shown is what you pay: no sales tax is added at checkout. The files' price is in the studio; printed cards and their shipping are priced on the order page before you pay.

Stripe may offer to let you pay in your own currency; its payment page then shows the amount in that currency.

Payment

You pay through Stripe, on Stripe's secure payment page. We never see your card number or your other payment details.

You can pay in the ways Stripe's page shows you, and you're charged when you buy. Some payment methods take a little while to confirm; we open the files once the payment is confirmed.

Delivery

• FilesOnce the payment is confirmed, the files open right away in the studio, at your card's link. Anyone with the link can open the card and download the files, so share it only with people you choose.
• Printed cardsThey're shipped to the country you pick on the order page. The page shows how they're usually delivered and how many business days it takes, including printing.
• What you orderWe deliver exactly the version you order. Check names, dates and text before you pay.

Refunds

Files are delivered the moment you pay, and printed cards are made to your design, so we don't refund an order because you've changed your mind.

If something is wrong with your order, we put it right or give you your money back – see the next section.

Problems with an order

Printed cards that arrive damaged or misprinted are reprinted or refunded.

If a file won't open or doesn't print as described, we fix it or refund you.

Write to hej@kyca.cards with your card's link and, if you can, a photo of the problem.

Your content

You must have the right to use the text and photos you add – for example photos you took yourself, or ones you have permission to use.

The print files and cards are for your own event. You may print the files as often as you like and have them printed anywhere, but not resell them or the designs.

What we do with your personal information is in our privacy notice.

Governing law

Danish law governs this agreement. If you're a consumer living in another country, you keep the protection the law of your country gives you.
